A year-round volunteer litter cleanup project in Hot Springs Village
Keep HSV Beautiful, affiliated with Keep Arkansas Beautiful, is a group of volunteers who are committed to keeping HSV free from litter and debris year-round.

Each of the roads outlined in black are cleaned between three and five times per year. Click here to expand the map.
2025 Litter Cleanup Schedule in HSV
All dates are Saturdays and Sundays; all start times are 8:00 am (unless otherwise advised by your team leader).
January 25 and 26 (KIC)
April 5 and 6 (Village-wide)
June 7 and 8 (Village-wide)
August 16 and 17 (KIC)
October 25 and 26 (Village-wide)
Please note: Inclement weather may cause a change in the scheduled date.
KIC stands for "Keep It Clean"
Five teams participate in "KIC" cleanup events which are scheduled in between the three Village-Wide Cleanups to keep three major roads as free of litter as possible. All of DeSoto Blvd, Ponce de Leon Drive (from DeSoto Blvd at ReMax to Hwy 5), and Balearic Road (from Ponce de Leon Drive to Minorca Road) are cleaned up five times a year.

The Animal Shelter is no longer accepting aluminum cans. If you recycle, take the can wherever you take your other recycling materials.
